Salted Okinawan Brown Sugar by Shinryo
Based in Uruma on the main island of Okinawa, the Shinryō company produce and process brown sugar. They emphasise the health benefits, but also the taste of naturally grown Okinawan sugar. The name Shinryō means a bridge between ports, and reflects Okinawa’s historic status as a trusted trading centre within Asia. With this spirit, Shinryō wishes to introduce the goodness of Okinawa to the world.
