About wholesale
Made with a traditional process beginning with mulberry fibres soaked in river water, the Japanese paper (washi) of Mino in Gifu is some of the best there is.Classic in writing paper, and room partitions, its soft texture is also perfect for these ‘washi deco’ snow flakes. They can be affixed to windows by spraying on water, and patting them dry.The paper is made at the Hoki Kobo workshop in Mino, and marketed by Ieda Paper Craft - also based in Gifu. These were designed by Vera Ilyushechkina.English instructions on the simple method to affix the flakes are included. It is also possible to remove each snowflake and store it for the following year.Set of one large snow flake and a small one are included in this pack. They are 7cm x 7cm and 19cm x 19cm. The overall pack size is 21cm x 23cm.The material is washi paper, made in the traditional way, using inner bark from paper mulberry (kōzo) trees.
