About wholesale
Founded in 1917, Ishikawa-based Seigado, has been branching into new arenas.A traditional firm in the Yamanaka-nuri lacquer tradition, they have applied their skills to make these modern water flasks.Stainless steel, vacuum layered and non-slip the vessels have all of the characteristics needed for convenient use to carry hot or cold drinks, and retain their temperature. What makes these flasks a little special, is the ‘maki-e’ style approach to their decoration, and the traditional techniques used to create classic Japanese scenes on the surface of each. Here featured are Hokusai's Great Wave, as well as vistas of Mount Fuji, and parasol carrying traditional dress.Available in three colour combinations, they are φ65 × 220 mm, and have a volume of 480ml.
